I'm Jay, and this page explains what information I collect when you use this website or request a booking, how I use it, and how you're in control of it.

Information I Collect

When you submit a booking request through my online form, I collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your vehicle type/size and the service you're requesting
• Your preferred appointment date and whether you'd like mobile or drop-off service
• Any add-ons you select and additional notes you include

I don't collect payment information through this website, and I don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

How I Use Your Information

Your information is used to schedule, confirm, and communicate with you about your detailing appointment. I also keep a record of past customers so I can track appointment history and provide better service on future visits.

From time to time — roughly once a month at most — I may text you at the phone number you provide to let you know about a current deal or a new service I've added. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. I keep this occasional on purpose; you won't hear from me constantly, and I'll never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising. You can opt out of these texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or contacting me directly using the info below.

Third-Party Services

My booking form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to my business email. I recommend reviewing their privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.

Data Retention

I keep customer information for as long as you remain an active or returning customer, so I can provide continuity of service and occasional updates as described above. If you'd like your information deleted, reach out and I'll remove what I directly control (email records and CRM entries) and forward the request to any third-party service involved (such as Web3Forms) to have it removed there as well.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've shared with me at any time, and you can opt out of text updates whenever you'd like — no hard feelings.
